Enroll
To enroll in e-FFL, complete and submit the enrollment form below. You
will receive your e-FFL information packet in the mail within three to
five business days. It will include your password; your initial access
ID is your social security number. Once you receive it, you will be
able to begin using e-FFL. If you do not receive your e-FFL information
packet, e-mail us or call Customer Service & More at 216-529-2700
(1-800-966-7300 outside Cuyahoga County).
