Human Resources Assistant Administrator

Position Type: Full-Time

This position assists in the administration of HR activities including temporary staffing, SAFE Act including assisting in the administration of the NMLS system for FFL, background and credit reports, preparation and processing dispositions for HR/payroll documentation.  Assists with the position evaluation program, including researching and documenting market comparables, and working with supervisors and managers for the creation and revision of position descriptions.  Assists in HR training initiatives, and special projects.

 

Qualifications:

·    High School diploma, or equivalent.

·    Minimum of 5 years HR related administrative experience.

·    Knowledge of various HR regulations such as Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), EEO, AAP, ADA, AA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc. 

·    Must have the following abilities:

·    Research and analyze various types of data information, and to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.

·    Excellent Computer Skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

·    Excellent Communications & Interpersonal Skills.

·    Ability to organize and prioritize and to keep information confidential.
