eStatement Details:
  • There is no charge to receive FFL eStatements, it is a FREE service.

  • eStatements are available to replace traditional paper statements for Checking and Savings accounts. When you sign-up for eStatements you will no longer receive paper copies for those accounts selected.

  • You must sign-up online to receive eStatements. There are separate instructions for customers enrolled in FFL’s Online Banking and those who are not.   

  • Each month you will receive an email when your new statements are ready for viewing. Images of cancelled checks are also included with eStatements.

  • FFL will store up to 18 months of online statements beginning February 2012 for current accounts or in the subsequent month a new account is opened.

  • It is easy to view and print eStatements from your computer.

  • You may allow “other interested parties” such as accountants, lawyers, parents or children, access to view your eStatements.

  • For Joint Accounts (those with two or more registered account holders) the most recent choice of electronic or paper delivery made by an account holder will affect the statements for all other account holders.

  • It is easy to update your eStatement delivery preferences and select which accounts are to be mailed or sent electronically.
