Scott Merdes
Scott Merdes joined First Federal of Lakewood in 2008 as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. He specializes in FHA and Ohio Bond programs, as well as in assisting first-time home buyers. He has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years, starting first as a mortgage broker and then moving into mortgage banking. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Toledo. In addition to being an affiliate member of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, he has conducted several Realtor education classes at Hondros College. A lifelong Clevelander, Scott lives in Strongsville with his wife.
